REFUND POLICY

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note that refund due to Change of Mind are not allowed. Refund  requests are only applicable under the following conditions, and are subjected to HEM ComfyRight approval:

1. Products with manufacturing defect

2. Refund request is only valid within 7 days of delivery date.

3. Products are in original packaging, with original tags intact.

EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To raise an exchange request, customer is to contact us via email and provide the order number, reason for any returns and understand the return delivery charges that might incur. 

For products with manufacturing defects, HEM ComfyRight will inspect the condition of the returned products before proceeding to reimburse the relevant items within 14 working days of receiving your returned item/package or enquiry. HEM ComfyRight will cover the return charges or arrange for a pick-up service for direct exchanges.

HEM ComfyRight reserves all rights to reject any returns that do not meet all of the above-mentioned conditions. HEM ComfyRight will not be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit during the return journey to us.
